By accessing or using IndieArtists.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Indian Indie Artists is a free, open platform designed to help independent artists in India create professional profiles, get discovered, and connect with opportunities.

Opportunities Marketplace: Artists can discover and post gigs, collaborations, and other professional opportunities. All opportunities are subject to moderation and must comply with our guidelines.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user of this platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not impersonate others or create fake profiles
Not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or malicious activities
Ensure all opportunity postings are legitimate and comply with applicable laws

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload (images, text, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on your public profile.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.

5. Opportunities Marketplace Guidelines

When posting or responding to opportunities, you must:

Provide accurate details about the opportunity (location, budget, timeline)
Not post fraudulent, misleading, or exploitative opportunities
Respect artists' time and professionalism
Not use the platform to solicit personal information inappropriately

Prohibited Content: Opportunities involving illegal activities, adult content, pyramid schemes, or unpaid work disguised as "exposure" may be removed.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indian Indie Artists is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

Disputes between artists and clients/collaborators
The accuracy of user-generated content or opportunities
Loss of data due to technical issues
Outcomes of opportunities posted on the marketplace

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
